The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After dispatch delivery time within the United States is 5-7 days and 14-30 days internationally. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there might be delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
Sales receipt is generated when the order is processed. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to update your tracking information. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects.
Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.
