How long does the shipping/delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After dispatch delivery time within the United States is 5-7 days and 14-30 days internationally. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there might be delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Sales receipt is generated when the order is processed. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to update your tracking information. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is “not available” within 1 to 3 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email on contact@itsallleggings.com

How can I track my product shipment?

We will send you an email regarding the shipment tracking 1-3 days after the purchase.

What should I do if the received item is damaged?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects.

Can I get a replacement for the damaged item?

Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.
